The band quality is very good. The buckle and the material of the band is of excellent quality. I have been usung it for over 3 months now and resistance of the band is the same as new.

Very effective band for glute exercise.
The clips to adjust its not practical at all
Me la compré para tener varias en una, y aunque no está mal, el enganche a veces se clava.
Una cinta buenÃsima y con la que quema los glúteos cuando la usas

Se adapta muy bien al ejercicio y a la dificultad que quieras añadirle asà vas viendo tu propio progreso, al ser ajustable !
Es muy fácil de poner, no tienes que estar atando como con las bandas elásticas
Se ajusta bien y te evitar tener las tres medidas ya que la primera se qued corta enseguida
Tienes todas las resistencias en 1
Muy bien producto pero para completar el ejercicio no es suficiente solo con este artÃculo. No es tan multiuso como las bandas elásticas.
