Bought this to assist with pull ups and it works great. Super heavy duty, not going to break.
Great item for training at home, especially during the lockdown and quarantine. I've been using the red one (45kg) for a while, and I bought this one to strengthen the training. Great price and great product.

Fantastic product, I can use for strength and stretches.
This is the worst shopping experience. First I received a worn out/torn resistance band and obviously requested a return, they said refunds are within 5 business days, they picked up the bad product and never answered my calls or messages since then and didn’t refund me for almost a month now. I feel I just got scammed.

go this to do Spanish Squats for physio therapy. it is wide and strong so can rely on it with confidence.
It has been good using resistance band so far. Some of the lettering seems to fade with heavy usage. I have not started using 60kg yet. But the rest of the bands have been very good so far. I will recommend to anyone who wants one.

Didin’t arrived the same weight band that is on the picture i was aspecting the thin one like the pic but arrived me something much thik and different.

How to choose your training band
Each color corresponds to a level of resistance:Green: 33 lbs // Yellow: 55.1 lbs // Orange: 77.2 lbs // Red: 99.2 lbs // Black: 132 lbs If you use the band for strengthening, start with a lower resistance and then gradually increase it.However, if you are using it to assist you during exercises such as pull-ups, a more resistant Training Band is best for beginners.

Check that it is secured in place so that it doesn't come unhooked as you are exercising (if you are using it to assist you with exercises such as pull-ups for example).Check for wear (breaks or white areas) to avoid your band breaking during an exercise.
