As a beginner, easy to manage this wheel when I am rolling out. The elastic band is a good design. It can prevent "accident" when I have lost my balance.

Easy to use.,.. very nice products
A lil too expensive. Need to have a strong core to use it.
More effective than plank. Regular workout gives very fast and visible results just in days.
Nice product for beginners & intermediate and workout
Used so many Ab Roller/Wheeler... didn’t even (50%) performances as compared to this concept! Combined performance of durable material with the Belt concept make this product PERFECT! But the only issues I concern about the Knee Plate is really needs to be carefully used (as it is a plastic product) and maybe damaged incase of lilbit roughly workout. In addition, my father who is 65 yrs+ using it since more than 2 weeks 2x25 = 50 daily; this couldn’t be possible with any other Concept! Specially BIG THANX who invented this concept!! :-)
The midriff feels awesome using this product. Hopefully, with daily use, expect reduction of the bulge. While I don't aspire for 6-pack abs, but certainly hope for a flatter tummy with this quality product.
