It’s a great workout
So far this stepper is performing well. The price was quite reasonable. I like the compact design because it is easy to store when not in use.

I was recently using the stepper while wathcing youtube videos, when it dawned on me I had been stepping for more than the intended 30 min though the display said i had done less, so subsequently I have checked the built in timer against the timer on my phone and so far I have had anyhting from a few seconds to 8 min slow, I can only imagine if you take short quick steps they don't always register so the timer stops briefly, this will probably affet the step count as well but i've not checked that, so while I do like the stepper itself I would reckomend using a sepperate timer fo accuracy
Item arrive at my parent house picked up 1 week later taken home & unpacked and it’s broken! The foot tred was snapped & also dirty like it had been used & returned and sent out without being checked ridiculous
If you have any desire to use this for more than 4 x 10 minute sessions once a week then look elsewhere. It's not designed for serious exercise. I purchased mine 2 months ago & the clunking & squeaking are overwhelming & off-putting.
Excellent for anyone who wants to improve on a good healthy workout. Can be not too strenuous or adjustable for a harder training session. good for any adult age.

Got this as a present and the metal bit at the front keeps falling out and steps flap back and got to be careful not to fall backwards
The stepper is worth
Quite naff really. Doesn’t simulate stepping and pedals so stiff you have to wait for your body weight to make them go down - every so slowly. Try to work faster you then don’t work the same muscles have have to do baby steps. Not really cardio - I think I work my legs more actually going up and down the stairs. Waste of money
Revived this as a lockdown birthday present and I love it In 8 days I’ve got my reps up from 350 steps to 1000 the machine was very stiff to start with but is fine now it’s also a little noisy when the peddle hits the bottom but with a pair of headphone in you don’t notice
Is there a way to reduce the resistance of the pedals? They are so stiff that I can barely push them down so is quite unusable. Is there any way to adjust this? Otherwise I cant really use it. Please help, thanks!
It´s really hard to use. I have tried several times but you mostly use your knees. There is no way to change the resistance and the console never worked.

If you want to give your core and abs an even more thorough workout, you can twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a more all-round workout.
Use the counter and the 4 trackers!
You can track the progress of your session and your performances by looking at how many reps you've done, how long it has been since you started, the pace you're going at, and how many calories you've burned since the start of your workout. You can then analyze these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!
