Superb quality easily to fill up air in footballs
It is awesome
The steel nob which is pushed in to the ball to pump has got broken while pumping. How can any steel metal can be of so low quality.

We are truly sorry for the experience you have had with one of our ball pump needle. The needle usually breaks or bends when it is inserted without applying any lube or at a wrong angle. These are two common reasons why the needles bends and breaks.
However, we do have needles sold separately and you can buy them here

The pin broke the very same day while using the product to inflate a football

We apologize for the inconvenience you have faced with our air pump. It was never our intention.
The pin usually breaks if it is inserted at an incorrect angle inside the valve. We recommend you lubricate the pin and insert the pin while keeping the ball on the floor.
If you could visit our store at your convenience, our sports leader can help you with the procedure. We might also be able to understand what went wrong. You may buy an extra set of ball pins here.
