sadly the pin snapped the first time i used it. i didnt get to pump not one ball. its quite flimsy considering you need to insert the pin head into tiny holes on balls that move

Nice little pump. Simple to use...
i bought action pump but surprisingly that it was not go with the needle (I found out when i received the parcel). In the picture, the needle is associated with the pump. It makes me to order extra and visit Decathlon one more time because of the needle is missing. If i knew this in advance, i will order both at one time.

Thanks for getting in touch. There's usually one under the rubber stopper at the top of the pump handle. If it's not there, you can return the pump to your nearest store in order to grab a replacement, or follow the online returns procedure. Hope this helps.

Its falsely advertised with a needle in the product's pictures but it comes without any. Can't pump the ball I bought
I ordered on the 30th and received an email saying the delivery would be on the 31st. I then received another email saying it would come on the 1st, but it actually came on the 2nd without they adaptor so I can't pump up the ball it was ordered with.
Super good .It has a spare needle which is good.
