Decathlon customer since 1990 it is the first time i am disatisfied with a product. First it is not made in the EU but in China of course. They say this item has been tested for people measuring up to 185cm you must be kidding, i am 180cm and very far from reaching the 75.5 cm saddle height i need. I am going to need a lot of extra padding and a thick saddle cover to ease this problem.

I love this bike! It’s been ideal for light cardio and even taking part in spin classes! Comfy! Only down fall- calories are not accurate!

It should come with the option to purchase a different more comfortable seat as the one comes with it is so uncomfortable you can only use the bike for 5 mins at a time and I feel decathlon customer services have been unhelpful in helping me as local stores don’t have the one but unwilling to get one from another store sent down even though willing to pay postage

Sturdy, easy to put together despite the instructions having an incorrect illustration with regards to connecting the computer to the cables at the top that confused me for five minutes. The computer is basic but we expected that. We put a notepad and pencil in the drinks holder to record what we have done! The heart rate monitor was an added bonus as i'd not read the description properly and did not realise it had it. Think we will need to purchase the padded seat add on though, that's the only thing that isn't as good as we'd hope for.

The seat is that uncomfortable that I have to stop after 5 minutes. Feels like sitting on a plank of wood.

I ordered the bike over the weekend and it arrived on Tuesday, I am very happy with the quick delivery. It was easy to assemble following the instructions and the video, you just have to be patient. I've only been using it for a week and so far I'm very satisfied. If you are out of shape, the first resistance is enough to get a good workout and you have 7 more levels to improve. The saddle can be uncomfortable but after a few uses I don't even notice it, I think it's just a matter of getting used to it. As for the console, the calorie function is completely different to what my activity tracker shows. So it doesn't seem reliable for this option, on the other hand the heart rate is the same as my wristband. It also measures distance, speed and time. The bike is quite small, which for me is an advantage in terms of space; and it adapts well to me being a petite woman. The wheels allow me to move it around on the flat without any problems.

Good range of features. Only thing I wish I could change would be the seat to be more comfortable.

It was very easy to assemble, it took less than one hour. I was afraid the resistance wasn't enough to make me sweat, considering the flywheel weight, but after trying it, I realized it is enough to my endurance level. There are 8 levels: from 4 to 8 it's heavy enough to make my legs burn after a few minutes of exercise. I'm pleased with this equipment.

Needed some help putting it together and you do need to thoroughly read the but instructions but what a great bike. Been using it every day for about two weeks now and couldn't be more pleased. Looks good, really sturdy and a decent choice of resistance for your average person. Got the cover at the same time as per review recommendations and all good. Much comfier than my outdoor bike. Feels like it's built to last do overall highly recommended.

Awful. What a waste of money. Putting it together, we found that the thread on the pedal was manufactured poorly so we could get one pedal on securely and not the other. Even with the resistance settings set to max, there's zero challenge or noticeable shift in resistance. It's also very uncomfortable even with a cushioned seat cover. Tried to begin the process of returning, was told I'd have to pay out of pocket to send it back, which I was quoted over £70 for - absolute joke, especially since it was a result of poor manufacturing quality. I'm not wasting more money on this. Avoid at all costs. I won't be shopping with Decathlon again.

I’m a reasonably fit 75 year old, couldn’t get to gym in lock-down, so bought this. Assembly is easy with a bit of care (I’m not a technical person or DIYer). I’ve had in two weeks, used it every morning, 30 minutes in front of YouTube rock concerts. You can see how your performance is improving, increase the gradient. Why pay (lots) more ?
