We bought this as a “Second Life” product from the Chingford store. Great sales help, item already fully assembled and the very helpful staff carried it to my car and the Sales Lady supervised it being carefully positioned in the car. No assembly, substantial saving, same guarantee as “Brand new” and a quality of service that is refreshing to find. Keep up the great work 👍
I bought this to increase my daily activity. I left the handlebars off so I could slide it halfway under my standing desk to pedal while I work - this was perfect. Mechanically, it's been fine doing 1-3 hours per day. The bike is sturdy, quiet, nice looking, easy to both move and adjust. The seat is flat and I found myself sliding forward a bit (without using the handles) making the seat angle adjustable would be a big improvement. The seat is horrible. It hurts after the suggested 1 hour of use. I have to take multi-day breaks between my bike days. I read the reviews and seat discomfort was a common complaint, so I bought both a gel seat cover AND padded bike shorts. These helped, but only slightly. (Riding on the back of a tiny motorcycle for hours at high speed is more comfy and less numbing than what this bike seat can do to your bum!) Sadly, you cannot replace the seat with a better one. You should be able to replace with a better seat. I've returned this model and will try a better model with a better seat. It's too bad. This one has so much potential otherwise.

I’ve had this three days and it’s started making a clunking sound when I pedal. Everything was tightened up properly on assembly and nothing appears to be loose. It still functions for now but the sound is loud and off putting and seems to indicate something is wrong with the mechanism
I purchased this bike during the UK's first lockdown. Given we weren't out much and only allowed to do short walks once per day, I needed something to boost my exercise routine... this did exactly that. The seat is very hardwearing and comfortable, the whole machine feels sturdy and safe, it doesn't make much noise. Its also a decent shape to just store in the corner of a room which I do. Don't get me wrong, it's very heavy! I wouldn't want to be lifting it up and down the stairs but its a brilliant machine. It may be basic to more hardcore spin class people but for me, I love going on it. Game changer. Excellent price too!

Great product at good price.
Purchased this to keep fit at home, very sturdy, excellent pre set programmes. Tells you calories, distance, speed and heart rate. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to keep active
It's ok ok product. You can say it's better than other products selling on other ecommerce platforms. Mine left side started making tick tick noise while paddling. No rough use but still facing issues. The resistance doesn't feel heavy considering the flywheel weight. The product i received was a repaired one because it was painted again on some places.
