The 2.5mm diameter of the elastic is as fixed as that of the hole of the sticks, which makes it extremely difficult to insert it... After many attempts with different extraction tools, I left it at the decathlon service where I was surprised to learn that neither they didn't succeed and that they don't recognize the elastic, they use a thinner one, of 2 mm...
Elastic changed by the Decathlon technician. Covered by warranty. Efficiency of the technician for changing the elastic. Good hold during use.
