Just buy it without thinking any further, you can do multiple workouts with this. Resistance of the bandis just perfect!! I feel like buying one more so that i can do with both the hands in pair..!!

This band is of good quality and extremely useful for both warming up and exercises. Great for rows, bicep curls, pushdowns, etc. Decent price as well.

I bought a green resistance band from the story.. Used it in gym just next day , it broke within 1 min of use i was doing squats.. The rubber was not of gud quality..

How to choose your training band
Each color corresponds to a level of resistance: Green: 33 lbs // Yellow: 55.1 lbs // Orange: 77.2 lbs // Red: 99.2 lbs // Black: 132 lbs If you use the band for strengthening, start with a lower resistance and then gradually increase it. However, if you are using it to assist you during exercises such as pull-ups, a more resistant Training Band is best for beginners.
Make the right move: safety precautions when using your product.
Check that it is secured in place so that it doesn't come unhooked as you are exercising (if you are using it to assist you with exercises such as pull-ups for example). Check for wear (breaks or white areas) to avoid your band breaking during an exercise.
