good quality，comfortable。
Bought these for my son and he does everything in them. Hiking, biking, cricket. They are nice and light and much more durable and presentable than the really unstructured Nike type runners that we’ve previously had. Very happy.

Great for the trail. I've been using them for all my active stuff works awesome and quite comfy.
I have worn the shoes 4-5 times for a total of about 100km and they constantly cause blisters on the heel area. There is very little padding around the heel, which I suspect is the cause. They should definitely be 'broken in' by now but unfortunately they continue to cause blisters. I've never had shoes give me blisters before so it's a shame. I have a friend with the same shoes and he has the same problems, recently causing him to pull out of a hiking trip. Otherwise, the shoes feel comfortable when you try them on. They are comfortable, lightweight and breathable. The sizing seems a little small. I normally wear a size 44 but I had to return the 44 for a 45.
It’s been 10 years since I bought runners and I replaced all my old ones at once - 3 pairs. These were the mid-price range. They compare very well with the pair that was twice the price.
Just right especially for price I’ve bought 3 pairs 2 for a spare set as I wear running shoes all day every day as a athlete, a semi pro cyclist an a avid runner! Something to do to cool down on those weeks your body needs to repair at a tempo pace these shoes are well made , I would be seriously happy if declathon looked into sponsoring me

Great shoe for the price. I personally prefer shoes with more cushioning in the heels. But for a 3rd of the price of some high performance runners they are great.

When starting trail running or when you are on a short run near to your home, you will sometimes find yourself running on easy terrain involving sections of asphalt. So, to accompany you on your 1st trail runs or as a spare pair of shoes, we suggest the TR: a trail running shoe that handles your cushioning, promotes flexibility, and delivers better traction on trails as well as on asphalt sections.
Flexible, non-slip, and lightweight – that's all you need to know about the tr trail shoe.
For added flexibility, the sole of the TR has flex grooves along its entire length: This facilitates your foot motion. The rubber of the sole provides more grip. And with the 4 mm lugs, running on sections of asphalt remains comfortable. Finally, the TR is lightweight: Weighing 10.9 oz in size 9, it is recommended for trail runners weighing up to 175 lbs.
What's the cushioning like? cs and kalensole: for effective cushioning on asphalt as well as on trails.
Kalensole is the EVA foam used in the midsole. What's more, it also took 3 years of research to create this exclusive composition that improves cushioning by 34%, propulsion by 25% and provides better temperature stability and durability! What about the CS? The Circular System is composed of a bubble of air contained in the foam at the heel. This spreads the shock wave more effectively and more evenly in this area of the foot.

What's the drop and how much drop does the tr trail shoe have (mm)?
The DROP of a shoe is the difference in sole height between the front (forefoot) and the back (heel). The shorter the DROP, the more natural the foot movement. The DROP of the TR running shoe is 10 mm.

After numerous laboratory tests and several prototypes, our design team tested the TR in real-life conditions on the trail running route of the Côte d'Opale, in midwinter. Storage instructions
