Beautiful mat, thick and comfortable. I recommend it to those who don't sweat particularly as damp hands cause you to lose grip and during yoga practice the entire exercise is compromised.

- Do you have a gentle yoga practice (hatha, restorative, prenatal, nidra, etc.)? The effort level is moderate.A mat between 5 and 8 mm thick will provide enough cushioning for your cervical spine and joints.- Do you do dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga, Bikram, etc.)? Transitions are fast and the intensity is high.You'll need maximum grip and a mat that's not too thick (5 mm max) to keep you stable.
