You will generally need 16.9 oz of water per hour of running to stay hydrated (and 1.4 oz of glucose).The 5.1 oz water bottle will cover part of the needs and potentially be suitable for taking this water bottle on short outings as well as several bottles with different capacities: 5.1 oz water and 5.1 oz of an isotonic sports drink, for example.
What does neutral flavor mean?
This water bottle emerged out of an innovative process involving an odorless and neutral-tasting plastic material. Rinse your water bottle with clean water 3 times before using it. Then, dry it upside down without the mouthpiece. Then remove the bite valve to clean it. This is particularly important if you are using sugary drinks!Finally, so that it doesn't make noise while you are running, remember to remove any air by sucking out the air bubbles.

The cap is wider to make it easier to clean your water bottle.We have also improved the visualization and ergonomic handling of the opening and closing of the bottle. The top of the water bottle can be switched to the open or closed position by simply rotating the ridge.
