Soft yoga block mmm! It's more of a small cushion!. To be positive about this I'd say that the canvas casing for the block is detachable and washable. The cover is also well made, durable and a nice colour. It's smaller than I expected. The inner block is rag filled and a bit lump. If it had been filled with buckwheat I'd have been happier - indeed I may change the filling. I'd also say that personally as is, I'd not use it for any poses other than restorative yoga or Yin yoga as a soft prop. So for restorative yoga only I would recommend it.

Die Außenhülle ist gut verarbeitet, gefüllt ist er mit Stoffresten, er ist dadurch viel zu weich als Block. Da ich das Kissen ansonsten gut finde habe ich es umgefüllt, jetzt ist es so wie ich es haben möchte.
Die Funktion des Yogakissens ist super, Größe und Festigkeit sind für meinen Gebrauch genau richtig. Leider lässt die Verarbeitung zu Wünschen übrig, deshalb Abzug bei den Sternen. Die Nähte sind zwar gerade und auch geschlossen, es stehen allerdings überall Fäden heraus. Ich werde das Produkt behalten, da es nicht kaputt/beschädigt ist, muss nun aber selbst daran nacharbeiten. Schade, normalerweise liefert Decathlon bessere Qualität.
Zum Erhöht sitzen gut geeignet, aber als Yoga Klotz zu weich.
Fürs Yoga sehr praktisch. Für weitere Fitnessübungen leider zu weich.

Es muy cómodo. El defecto es que es un poco pequeño y el relleno es blandito. Por lo demás está bien porque no pesa nada y es más cómodo que el riguido

No está mal, pero esperaba el interior mas homogeneo. Tiene "bolas". Me recuerda a los antiguos colchones de lana. Aun asi, lo recomendaría
No pesa por lo que es perfecto si quieres practicar meditación o yoga fuera de casa. Lo uso como zafù en exterior y para algunos ejercicios de yoga .
