I find exactly what I was looking for.
Expecting to purchase a fishing net and leave a dent in my wallet I was surprised to find the perfect net and a net with all the aids one needs depending on the fish caught and from where you where fishing. The net size, ease of folding away and the very sturdy handle surprised me a lot. Looking for the price tag surprised me even further for I expected to pay a lot more than what was asked for. Overall the purchase as far as I am concerned was worth every penny with a quality that I did not expect to see at that price. Well done Decthlon
Rubbish first carp fishing trip and the pole connection plastic piece snapped... ruined my day ...... when i purchased this it was the only landing net in stock..no normal ones. My niece told me to return it, but as i work 7am to 7pm and the nearest store is 2 junctions up the M1 away............... i decided if a 9lb carp could snap this then why get another one..

Thanks for the mail and apologies for the issues with landing net. I'm sorry this was the only one available as it is not usually recommended for larger, a carp specific should perform much better, such as the below:

Also when lifting the fish out of the water holding onto the net rim itself rather than the handle will help support the weight .
I realise it might be difficult to get to a store, but you could return via the online system for an exchange, another model or a full refund .

Kescherstiel und -netz sind OK. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Keschern stinkt auch der Plastikgriff am Ende nicht nach giftigen PAKs. Das Klappgelenk aus Kunststoff ist gut bedienbar, wirkt aber nicht übermäßig robust. Und die vierkantigen Kescherarme sind zwar recht kräftig dimensioniert, aber aus zu weichem, gut verformbarem Aluminium gefertigt. Außerdem klappern darin irgendwelche Kleinteile (immerhin kann man den Unterfangkescher so an langweiligen Schneidertagen auch als Regenmacher benutzen). Da der Kescherstiel nur einfach teleskopierbar ist, kommt man im zusammengeklappten Zustand auf ein Transportmaß von 105cm (von Decathlon leider nicht angegeben), womit er fürs Rucksack-Wanderangeln ausscheidet. Insgesamt für diesen Preis gerade noch akzeptabel.
