Good value for the money
I have got non functional anti reverse lock. Couldn't replace in correct time as I was out of station and the item was received by my wife. So I disassembled the spining reel to check and I found that small spring was detached so I put it in the right place but again it use to detach as the spring coul is very loosed. Can I get/buy new spring.

It is really unfortunate that our product didn't meet your expectations.
Kindly bring your product to a nearby Decathlon store. Our sport leader will give it a look and if the product comes under warranty (manufacturing defects) we'll exchange the product with new one. In your case, if the anti reverse lock is not working it will be replaced by new product. If you can't visit a nearby store, you can process the exchange from Decathlon online shopping app under orders section.

Estoy muy contento y aunque pesa un pelin, va de fábula, el freno no decepciona, perfecto para lo que buscaba!
Buen carrete para alguien que empiece a pescar e incluso para alguien mas experto que le quiera dar un uso sin muchas exigencias. muy buen precio para un buen carrete.

Hasta el momento va genial he comprado otro para mi hijo, hemos sacado varias truchas y de muy grandes y se comporta muy bien hasta el momento lo unico que me he encontrado que ha mi hijo se le aflojaba todo el rato la manivela pero creo que el problema esta en que cuando lanza deja la mano en la misma ahora se lo he correjido espero que el fallo fuese de el.
Carrete barato, suave.
Tras tres meses de uso se me ha roto el freno al enganchar una lubina de 1,760 Kg, Ha sido una mala inversion. Para pescar pequeños peces puede valer pero si uno engancha algo grande olvidate de sacarlo y posiblemente del carrete
Bueno al tacto, medianamente ligero, muy silencioso, aparentemente robusto.. Pero el freno trasero si queremos que frene " buen" puede romperse en un par de usos. Vamos que no frena.
