Very roomy to Cary 2 rods with spinner reels, Good quality material and craftsmanship went into these rod & real bags .A+
I did not use this very long and had to return them as I purchased it thinking it would fit my fly rod but it did not (just about an inch to an inch and half shy). The bag is very well made and the exterior pocket is great for quick access to any accessories you may need/want. If I did not already have bags for my other rods I would have gladly kept this one. If they make one a little longer I will definitely pick it up for my fly rod.
Nice handy size for travelling
Great bag for the money. I stuffed a bit of drainpipe with caps on the end in it. Extra protection for the rods.
Tried to return this as it wasn't long enough
This bag is of excellent quality. However, I bought it for a 3 section 12ft sea casting rod... so the sections fit superbly, with interior tethering and it can carry an external tripod too. My only advice is that you can’t keep the reel on the rod as it’s almost halfway up the bag. As I say, excellent quality and I’m just being fussy.
Really nice bag, however too small. Due to its design, although the maximum length is 140cm as advertised, it is shorter at the zip side. That means that you will have trouble fitting a two piece 2.7m rod (1.35 each piece), risking to break the sensitive tip. For anything shorter than 2.7m should work just fine. Too bad, as it only needs a few cm to make it compatible with this type of rods.
Nice fishing bag
Just what I wanted!
It's spacious and easy to tighten the rod with inside rubber sling loop available to hold the rod in place/ cover. The outside pocket is good enough for a small size tackle box. The material is abrasion resistance to good level. Have used a Pioneer XE 2 piece rod inside and can fit 2 more with it inside
