pour l'utilisation souhaité le produit est valable mais s'il devait s'agit d'un achat plus professionnel alors l'achat ne se ferait pas chez Decathlon car le rayon pêche n'est en aucun cas professionnel.
En deployant la canne je me suis apercu que la premiere partie de la canne (la plus fine) s'était cassée en 2 morceaux. Il s'agissait seulement de la deuxieme utilisation et elle avait été rangé et transporté de manière normale.
Une première canne acheté très satisfait excellente pour la peche légère sauf que le bout de la canne à cassé sur un poisson lors de 7 eme sortie ....... Retour chez Decathlon pour finalement un échange et malheureusement après quelques sortie 10 environ lors de mon lancer l'anneau du bout de canne à a nouveau cassé vraiment..... Est il possible de faire un échange ou un remboursement........

Malgré des différents controles effectués il se peut que les 2 modèles que vous avez acheté aient eu tous les 2 un défaut.
Je m'escuse de ces mésaventures et je vous invite à ramener en magasin votre ensemble afin qu'un de mes collègues puisse le controler et vous le reprendre le cas échéant sous garantie.

Il est tout à fait anormal que les anneaux se soient cassés prématurément.
Du moment où il s'agit d'un défaut du produit vous bénéficiez de la garantie de celui-ci, je vous invite donc à ramener l'ensemble en magasin afin qu'il vous soit échangé.

préfererais un moulinet plus petit mais plus performant pour la pêche au toc
Manivelle du moulinet de mauvaise qualité c'est dommage, mais la canne reste très bien.
