A good wheel
Great product and amazing for coaching kids.
I bought this to partially replicate the Pilates reformer experience at home, for abs focus during future lockdowns. Thank goodness its adjustable cos even the beginner settings are quite intense. Note: Do keep your knees on the pab. Toes on the pad in full plank is a bad idea... adhesion isnt strong enough & the pad can spring forward suddenly hitting your knees. I like the wheel arrangement as it lets you do active plank (rocking forwards/backwards) as well as static. I wish the product came with diagrams of suggested exercises. Until then do watch the online video on the product page to get an idea of how to use it correctly. Potential users who have back issues or abdominal hernias etc should probably get their health practitioner's ok before use.

The elastic isnt of the best material in one month from using it the pressure seems to have vanished now. Could have gone for a longer durability elastic.
I am very much satisfied with the product and quality. Though I have aab wheel without elastic but still i bought this one for knee support.

An ab wheel that anyone can use
The wheels of this ab roller are widely spaced to make it very stable. It also comes with an elasticated strap. The length of this strap can be adjusted to suit both beginners and experienced users. It also means you can move from beginner to intermediate with just 1 product. The strap is also removable so that experts can use the wheels only, without the strap.
