Very practical for floor gym, or to keep warm under an inflatable mattress
For a fitness mat it does a great job. The measurements are specified and, in any case, they are enough. There are truly unacceptable prices in general for this type of mats. But this one has an excellent price for what it offers and, above all, considering the competition. Good purchase.
