Waste of Money...I Only use them to cycle to work in the raining days, as they are hot in normal days. Socks Get 100% Dumped... Shame we can use them only in dry days! yesterday i bought a £85 another pair, this time Quechua water proof, let me see if they will be better.
They are comfortable but definitely not waterproof. In just a minute in the rain they get full with water.
One of the best trainer I've owned in my life. I've always purchased nike and adidas etc trainers for casual wear but they're not made for the winter or wet days! I purchased these for £35, which is a bargain compared to other brands and I've wore these in rain, snow, sleet, mud and even during building work and guess what? My feet have stayed dry all throughout! Would 100% recommend as they're really comfortable especially with the built in sock type design. The designer of these trainers is a genius!

Very comfortable and supportive shoes
These are the most comfortable trainers I have ever bought. I find many shoes and trainers hurt my heels in particular. However In these the cushioning to the foot is great. I agree with another reviewer that the close fitting cud was a bit peculiar at first but I wouldn’t be without it now as it stops small stones, seeds etc getting into the shoe and prevents water splashes going the same way. Hard walking in Cuba in February this year, I found them invaluable and used my leather boots much less than I was expecting, because these trainers were so good. A second pair about to be purchased! Terrific value for money also.
These are comfortable, fully waterproof shoes, easy to get on and off. The neoprene ankle cuffs were a bit weird at first, but I really like then now. My only drawback is that they are not very breathable, I have noticed on a couple of warmer days that my feet get very sweaty in them and I need to take them off periodically to let my feet breath and dry out.
Water entered both shoes at the same point today in the rain. These are clearly not waterproof as advertised. Please advise.
I am dissapointed to hear this. All Newfeel walking products are tested by representative walkers in authentic everyday training conditins, and those shoes have passed all the tested. As you might know we have a high quantity of production, and it might have been a defect of this pair.

I have been a postman for over 30 years and these Nordic walking shoes are by far the best shoes I have worn in work, comfortable, water proof, excellent grip and hard wearing.

Die Profile der Schuhsohlen sind Dreckfänger
Bequem, jedoch nach wenigen Tagen schon nicht mehr wasserdicht. Das Bündchen könnte enger am Knöchel anliegen, auf feuchtem Fels ist die Sohle rutschig. Nach dem Ende des Lockdowns werde ich die Schuhe wegen der Wasserdurchlässigkeit zur Filiale zurück bringen.
Bisher einwandfrei. Habe die Schuhe allerdings nur zum Spazieren auf nasser Wiese an. Hab sie für mich als Frau gekauft und kann man ruhig machen.
mir gefällt der Schuh sehr gut. Er sieht stylisch-sportlich bis wertig aus, er ist sehr bequem und auch leicht anzuziehen. Wenn ich mit dem Mountainbike unterwegs bin passiert es öfters, dass ich bei starken Steigungen mitten auf einer nassen Wiese absteigen muss. Und da ist jeder Fuß bei normalen Schuhwerk ruckzuck nass. Wasserfeste Schuhe sind aber in der Regel unbequem und schwerer als z.B. bequeme Turnschuhe. Bei diesem Walkingschuh ist die Balance zwischen Funktionalität, bequemen Sitz und leichtem Tragegefühl perfekt. Er hat sich schon bei drei Touren bewährt denn die Füsse blieben stets trocken. Im puncto "Langlebigkeit" kann ich noch nichts sagen, da ich die Schuhe erst seit kurzem trage. Bis jetzt bin ich einfach nur begeistert. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

In Nordic walking, you place the heel on the ground first, then roll out the foot until the toes hit the ground in order to move forward. These shoes provide optimal flexibility and enhanced cushioning under the heel and metatarsals, the areas that suffer the most when walking.
What is the flex-h concept?
The exclusive Flex-H concept follows the natural action of the foot thanks to 3 flex grooves in a H pattern. Studies undertaken in Decathlon SportsLab have identified the metacarpophalangeal joints are both the flexion zone and the main support zone of the foot in power walking. Thus, our design teams placed flex grooves on both sides of this joint in order to help walking while remaining comfortable.
