These water weights are great for exercising in the pool. They are carried by Decathlon locally at a very competitive price. I love them. The only question I had is the weight of them in the pool. I’m guessing 6 lb. but would like to know for sure.
Great service, well made and just as described.
Really enjoy using them but they keep falling apart in the water! The black stopper at each end comes out and then the sponge weights fall off. Can you tell me if there is a reason for this or is there a default ? At the moment I would not recommend If this was sorted then I will be happy with the product, I will return them to the shop
Die Hanteln eignen sich gut für das leichte Unterwassertraining. Es bringt Spaß und je nach dem, wie hoch der Radius beim Einsatz ist, umso intensiver ist der Muskelaufbau. Eine angenehme Art die Armmuskeln zu trainieren.
Y las pesas van muy bien
Las compré para la niñas, y las usamos tod@s en la piscina. Para fortalecer brazos, estamos encantad@s.
Me están funcionando muy bien
A los pocos dÃas de empezar a utilizarlas en la piscina, se empezaron a desmontar. Voy a intentar pegarlas. Es realmente molesto estar haciendo los ejercicios de brazos, que se desmonte la mancuerna y tener que parar para montarla.

These foam dumbbells increase your surface area in the water and create extra resistance to strengthen your upper body, in particular your arms, back, and shoulders. You tone your muscles gently while enjoying the benefits of being in the water.
Toning up your muscles
Toning up exercises correct the weak points of your body muscles. Strength training exercises using just your body weight or light resistance will build up your muscles in a particular zone. Toning and strength training are also very good exercises to enhance your physical fitness in addition to your sports activity. Use them to speed up your progress and boost your performance.

Recommendations for use
Place your hands on the handles and submerge your shoulders to enhance your sensations and take full advantage of the water’s benefits. Change the position of your hands on the handles to vary your exercises.
The position to adopt for the exercises and a few examples of exercises
Basic position: Keep your back straight, your feet attached to the ground and the knees slightly bent, then you're ready to go!
Exercise n°1: strengthen your shoulders and arms
> Adopt the basic position > With your elbows bent, position your hands at chest height and stretch them arms alternately on each side along your bust (towards the bottom of the pool), then return your arms one by one.
Exercise n°2: strengthen your back, shoulders, and arms
> Adopt the basic position with your elbows bent. Cross your arms and stretch them out in front of you, one after the other. Then start again!
Exercise n°3: build up your shoulder and arm muscles and strengthen your abdomen
> Adopt the basic position > With your elbows bent and pressed against your ribs, position the palm of your hands in front of you, stretch out your arms alternately and crossed from left to right by rotating your bust to each side and repeat!
