This is not the type of equipment you want to move around your home/garage this is very well designed, folds away if you really need to do so. I assembled this in less than 45 minutes on my own 100% recommend if you have the space.
The rack is good, just that: 1) The mechanism that allows the folding blocks one of the lower height adjusting 'holes' so that you won't be able to set the bar's height at knee's height which is something I would really love to have 2) The markings on the bar where you set the heights do not correspond to the holes on the two bars, sometimes making it hard to set the two sides on the exact same height
I can fold it up and move it between rooms easily, meaning that I don't have to dedicate a whole room to always be a gymn room - Perfect!

ได้รับสินค้าแล้ว ประกอบง่ายมาก แข็งแรงดี เหมาะกับคนที่มาพื้นที่จำกัด แต่ตัว safty Spotter arm ติดกับตัวค้ำยันrack เล่น bench press แล้วใช้ไม่ได้ ถือวาคุ้มค่าคุ้มราคา
This is heavy (46kg) and assembling it took a while. But once it's assembled and folded it can be moved around easily thanks to the wheels. Folding/unfolding is simple. It can be tucked away in a corner when I don't need to use it. Affordable price as well.

Ich trainiere damit Klimmzüge, Diips (mit den kompatiblen Dip Griffen) und alle Übungen mit der Langhantel. Natürlich ist es nicht ganz so stabil wie ein full rack, aber absolut ausreichend stabil. Für das Training in der Wohnung perfekt und ich möchte es nicht mehr missen. Ich habe mir auch den passenden Kabelzug dazu gekauft. Was will man mehr!!!!
Gut gedacht, schlecht gemacht: qualitativ ist das Rack gut und das Einklappen funktioniert auch - jedoch ist es (dem Klappmechanisnus geschuldet) sehr wackelig. Klimmzüge etc. machen daran keinen Spaß. Das für mich größte Manko ist jedoch: die Positionierung der unteren Querstrebe ist so ungünstig gewählt, dass man die Hantelbank nicht ausreichend nach hinten schieben kann, um bspw. Schulterdrücken zu machen. Auch andere Übungen (bspw. Schrägbankdrücken) sind somit nur eingeschränkt durchführbar. Insofern schränkt die Konstruktionsart die Nutzbarkeit leider extrem ein.
ich finde dass die 2 stützenden teile, jeweils aus einem ganzen stück bestehen sollten und dass bei der Befestigung mit dem fuß es weitere Befestigungsmöglichkeiten gibt für die Stabilität. und die safety Spotter arme sollten länger sein.
Das Rack ließ sich problemlos von einer Person alleine Aufbauen und machte bei den ersten Workouts einen anständigen Eindruck.
He comprando este rack para ahorrar espacio al poder ser plegado. Pero es más fácil hacer plegar un rack convencional que este y no hay vídeos que expliquen claramente ni cómo se monta ni como se pliega. Como tenga la posibilidad de devolverlo lo devuelvo sin pensar. A parte de eso de estética es super bonito y bastante estable pero no es para estar plegando y desplegando.
Todo lo que se puede pedir de un rack para entrenar en tu propia zona. Después de varios racks comprados anteriormente de otras marcas, me quedo con este.
