Product Customer Reviews

delivered but the frame was totally bent, so not possible to assemble.
Hello Andre,
We're very sorry your bike was delivered broken. When you came in store we did an exchange of the bike because it was indeed broken in the middle possibly during the transport.
I hope you like your new bike.
Don't hesitate if you need more informations from our products.
See you !
Laurane
Even though I got the inner tube changed twice, the front wheel keeps deflating. The wheels have axle nuts and the size for the axle nuts are not written in the information of the bike, so I could not order the cone wrench that I need to change the wheel myself. I don't live near the shop so it's very difficult for me to take the bike to the shop with the wheel down. Please can you tell me which size are the fron and back axle nuts?
I Have riding my folding bike for 3 weeks and it works great. Folding mechanism works great and is easy to fold and unfold, you need to be cautious of folding pedals they can be a bit vicious (pinched my skin). Ride is smooth and good saddle height. Nice bright bike and I have put my own lights on them which helps. Overall really happy with this bargain, I just wish there was few more gears but for the value it's amazing
My 18 year old son set off one morning July 2022 from South London and cycled all the way to Port William in Galloway Scotland. 452 miles on his Btwin 120.He then cycled another another 100 miles on arrival exploring the country. Apart from a little oil on the chain all he needed was a change of brake blocks. I think that says all you need to know about quality and reliability.
All is good for this bike excluding the bike seat is really hard. Also the online delivery is not punctual.
Gone into a bike accident when the handle bar decided to fold up when I'm cycling. I checked and screw it tight and got on the road again. It just fold up again. Ride smooth. Everything is great. It's very compact and easy to fold up. Problem is too easy.
No Decathalon collection from Asda on folding bike, led to visit to specifically collect. Product itself is brilliant. Thanks Decathalon
I brought it on the 7th and done a couple of rides and has been absolutely brilliant, seems sturdy, it is a bit heavy but otherwise great so far
Very happy so far. Is bit on heavy side but i not taking on transport with me. Love the feel of the bike and operation of it. Saddle and brakes all good. Also feel safe in it as was worried might be a bir flimsy but no sturdy little thing. Like that i can tske vack to decsthlin for service or if anythubg hapoens within warranty. May have been able to pick up a cheaper fold up on Amazon or argos but wouldnt be made up and probably instructions no good as per lot of Amazon products bought in past. Feel like decathlon surpassed itself in excellent customer service so far .....mm
I bought this bike from the Wandsworth store yesterday, rode it home and when I dismounted the rear light was missing. The bike itself seems pretty good, but now I have to buy a new rear light. Which is disappointing.
Best bike i've ever owned. Very easy to fold down and very light . Convenient for riding to work and back home and folding up and storing . Takes up very little space , would definitely recommend to friends and family.
A nice bike. Although it is quite heavy, I can carry on the bus with a bag. After I bought it for a week, the inner tube was broken. I brought it to the shop and they fixed it quickly and adjusted the break. Very good customer service experience.
Used this for a year for commutes to and from railway stations of 1-3 miles. It feels solid on the road, and has served me well. There's something slightly uncomfortable about the layout (pedals/seat) but have never quite been able to put my finger on it, so it wouldn't be great for long commutes but perfect for 1-3 mile journeys. I bought this model rather than the lighter one costing £100 more as I wasn't sure how much I'd use it, but if I had to buy again I'd pay more and get the lighter model as it weighs a lot. I'd prefer adjustable handlebars as they are a little high for me at 5'6. Gears work well and I've had no problems with tyres yet. The only genuine flaw I've found is the weakness of the clasp that holds it together when folded. As you push the bike along when folded, it flips open constantly. A guy on the train leaned on my bike and broke this clasp and I can't see how to find a new one which is a bit annoying. I always get comments about how great it looks. It doesn't fold up tiny but is more sturdy due to the larger 20 inch wheels so excellent for someone who hasn't cycled for a long time and is a little nervous about it. I would highly recommend this bike for light use.
Just received a folding bike for my present; every time I try to stop the bic, the sound of the bic is so strange and noisy! Is there anything I can reduce the noise? Please advise!
Yes
