Very good
The punch bag is amazing, good quality, very springie, just what you want to keep you working hard. The base well its very fiddly, the bolts that hold the base together, are difficult, the tools given don't make it easy either .
The 4 screws do not fit the base to the punch bag. I'm very disappointed with this item

Very sturdy product, a good alternative where there is nowhere to hang a bag.
Bought this product a year ago and still going strong ...use it nearly every day ,great work out..quite a large bag so will need a good space for it ...bargain for price

Byl to dárek pro celou rodinu a taky ho všichni používáme. Je stabilní a drží a ani se nehne. Možná bych ocenil silnější pružinu, ale manželce a dětem vyhovuje.

Pytel k boxu je suprový a splňuje co má. Bohužel tento výrobek přišel poškozený. Až situace dovolí, budeme pytel reklamovat. Budeme požadovat výměnu. Vlastníme už jeden takovýto stroj a jsme s ním spokojený.

das Negative zuerst: auch wenn es die Anleitung behauptet, ist der Standfuß mit Sand nicht befüllbar, zudem ist die Feder für ein hartes Kick-Box Training etwas zu weich. Der Rest ist positiv zu werten: der Boxsack hat eine sehr gute Höhe, die Trefferfläche ist schön groß und er steht stabil. Für Fitnessboxen, Selbstverteidigung oder Techniktraining gut geeignet.
Positiv ist in jedem Fall die Standfgestigkeit (bis zu 110 Liter) zu bewerten. Für mein rein technisches Training (Karate) reicht der Standboxsack allemal. Nachteil. Habe nach Desinfizieren des Boxsacks nun leider hässliche Flecken auf dem Bezug. Natürlich mein Fehler, leider liefert der Hersteller hier keine Ersatzteile, was bei dem doch recht hohen Preis des Produkts ärgerlich ist. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

The bag's body is stuffed with multilayer cushioning foam. The cover is made from thick polyurethane (PU). There is a metal spring inside the base that lets the bag swing and provides more responsiveness. The plastic base can be filled with water for stability. It can hold 110 liters.

Directions for use
Once the base is filled with water, it is very difficult to move a punching bag. Do not use when wearing outdoor footwear. Always use protective gloves when hitting the bag to avoid injury (burns, bruises).
Care instructions
Clean your punching bag with a damp cloth and soapy water, and rinse it with fresh water. Do not store in a damp place (indoors or outdoors).
