Great Mat for all my Exercises. Very Happy 😊
Good price, and good helper for my stretching
Bought for my boyfriend who's 6'3. Long enough for him to lie down and still be on the mat. Comes with a yoga mat strap.
I wanted a longer mat as I'm quite tall and this was the only mat I could find that was larger. It is thin but sometimes that's better for balance. My biggest problem (as has been mentioned by others) is that it's really slippery. I have been using the KIMJALAY GENTLE YOGA MAT 8 MM - BURGUNDY and it was great so this slippery one is really disappointing
It's loonnngggg but very thin
Finally, a yoga mat for 6-footers. Handy markings for symmetry/placement. Not too thick to counter your balance e.g. tree pose. Good, neutral colour. Handy carrying star. Only quibble- if the strap were a tiny bit thicker it could double as a yoga band. But overall I'm delighted I have a mat long enough for all positions (I'm 6"1) and don't have to use the gym ones anymore.

Choosing your yoga mat
- Do you have a gentle yoga practice (hatha, restorative, prenatal, nidra, etc.)? Transitions are slower and poses are less physically intense. A mat between 5 and 8 mm thick will provide enough cushioning for your cervical spine and joints. - Do you do dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga, Bikram, etc.)? Transitions are fast and the intensity is high. A mat up to 5 mm thick will give you better grip and stability for balance.
