Bought Size 8 for normal sized 6 year old. Seemed ok when trying on at shop but once home and swimming around the swimming costume rides up the backside

Thank you for taking the time to review our products. I am sorry to hear that this swimsuit is not suitable for the child.
We suspect that you might have purchased the wrong size for the child. Generally, a swimsuit should be a snug fit for the user, especially if the child is in the water most of the time. This ensures that the fabric stays onto the skin, and does not roll up easily.
As such, it is recommended to get a size true to the user (i.e. size 6 y/a for a 6 year old), or slightly smaller size, to ensure the snug fit. Getting a larger size will definitely provide comfort to the child and the child will be able to use it for a longer time, however the issue of the fabric rolling up is unavoidable.

For competitors, Nabaiji also offers a competition swimsuit with support and optimal hydrodynamics.
Style
Open X-shaped back: above all, a swimsuit should focus on comfort to allow you to move with complete freedom, without restriction or pain. That is why it is important to choose the cut of the back of your swimsuit carefully. The X-shaped cross back is particularly suited to swimming. It provides enough freedom of movement, thanks to straps that leave the shoulder blades free.
Material
Our engineers have developed a polyester-based textile and replaced the spandex fibers with elastolefin fiber that are sufficiently elastic for user comfort, and protect against the damaging effects of chlorine. This thread also has the advantage of quick drying. Another plus: Even the brightest of colors will retain their colorfastness.
Aquaresist technology
Products with AQUARESIST certification are guaranteed to deliver chlorine-resistance throughout their lifespan. For these reasons, they are recommended for regular or intensive pool use.
