Great boots

These wellies were just what I was looking for with their warm fleece lining, I suffer from chillblains but they keep my feet nice and warm. They are slightly tight on my calves so if you normally struggle with getting boots to fit your legs I'd recommend sizing up although mine have become a bit looser the more I wear them. I would definitely recommend them, as i think they are brilliant value for money.

I bought these boots as Decathlon stores seem to stock lots of men’s rubber boots but not women’s so my choice was very limited. I wanted a boot to walk my dog in so ideally from past experience, rubber wellies last longer but there were none in my size (39). These boots are very comfortable and warm and great for a slim leg so I thought I’d give them a try. Unfortunately after 4 weeks of dog walking they cracked so I’d recommend these if you’re standing on a touch line of a football pitch or needing them for gardening but definitely not a good boot for walking which is a shame as they’re warm and comfortable. I’ve now ordered rubber boots from Decathlon online but I will be returning these ones to store after lockdown to seek a refund.

I bought these in December for walking the dog as the fur lining was nice and warm but 3 months down the line (probably worn about 50 times) the top of the boot at the toes has cracked. This is at the point where my foot bends but shouldn't be happening to boots only 3 months old. The battle to find durable, warm wellies continues.

These boots were great for three months, warm (even just wearing everyday socks), comfortable (no flappy welly around the calves) and perfect for my morning dog walk. But then the cold weather came and the boot cracked on the sole and my feet became wet. The warm wooly lining takes an age to dry out so I returned them to the store after three months of hard wear every day. Decathlon, as ever, were happy to swap them out with no fuss and I have bought the Glenarm 500 with the reinforced sole this time. A bit more expensive, but dry feet makes the extra fiver worth every penny!

Ok for general wet conditions however not warm.
