I found the strap firm and supportive without the cup, the one adult size is M or L but for an L is quite snug fitting, which for me is good. Great to wear for work and play.
Uncomfortable
Excellent had in stock 1 day before my son had 1st skills bout and I didn’t realise had to have one!

The fit overall is ok if the product will be used for striking sports. Would not recommend for any grappling arts. The guard is very firm and has no flexibility. Found it to be very uncomfortable during Jiujitsu

Bought this for my other half who said it fits well. His only criticism is that it would be better if it fit tighter around the waist as it tends to slide down.

A great product which fitted my kids well. They enjoyed wearing this much more than the shorts with cup holder as cup kept floating. Cup in this jockstrap stays firmly in place making it safe to use when the boys play soccer, fencing and basketball

These briefs have a pocket that easily fits a groin protector, so you can stay protected without it getting in the way.Wide elasticated waistband ensures a good fit.The micro-ventilated fabric is made from polyamide elastane for added comfort.
How to choose your groin protector
There are two types of groin guard:- Classic, rigid model to protect your genitals when doing boxing or martial arts (Muay Thai, kickboxing, full contact karate),- Pro model with flexible side walls and soft gel edges for unrivalled comfort for disciplines that involve being on the floor (MMA, Brazilian jiu jitsu, wrestling, sambo, etc).
Which size should you choose?
The classic model comes in two sizes: Junior and adult.Note: Brief sizes vary depending on the person's size, but the groin protector size remains the same.To know which size to choose, we recommend you pick one based on your size:under 164 cm = junior sizeover 164 cm = adult size
Instructions for use
For a better fit, you may want to wear briefs or underpants over your protective gear.
Care advice
Machine wash the briefs. Clean the groin protector with a sponge and soapy water.
