Dudes. Iplease don’t get this if you have a painch. Tone down by cardio using bulkier t-shirts, and then, when you are past the beginner stage, them invest in these. Look good, feel good.

Comfortable & price are reasonable
I bought this white top to dissipate as much heat as possible in higher temperatures, high 20's to 30's. It does just that. It would be helpful though if the product had been labelled in inches as well as cms as I'm more used to thinking about my size in those terms. I got a helpful member of staff to convert for me.
