It's good for practicing your strength, but a lot of people said this action is not good for muscle building. You would not see it in the gym.
It literally lasted 5 mins before the rubber bands started breaking loose at the connection. Would have to return it, not recommended.
The product cannot bear the tension. Just several pulling exercise, the rubber bands will loose out. I used two rubber bands only at one time. All the five rubber bands were loosed from time to time after not more than 5 pulling exercises at each two rubber bands pulling exercise. The tension design was totally wrong. How can I use it !!!!
Aquellos días que descansas del gimnasio, para iniciarse fácilmente en la musculación o simplemente para tonificarse un poco en casa este producto es perfecto. Tan solo se deben realizar correctamente los ejercicios y no coger malos hábitos. De buen material y buena resistencia.

Ideal para ejercicios funcionales
Tengo dudas de cuanto durará, pero mientras, es muy cómodo de subir y bajar de resistencia, por el sistema de clip de las gomas. Un poco corto.
De momento estoy contento. Veremos cuanto duran las gomas. Solo un pero, deberían de tener 2 tipos de gomas, unas más cortas y otras más largas para poder hacer todo tipo de ejercicios.

lo utilizo para calentar antes de entrenar con las pesas,la única desventaja que tiene es que para hacer curl de bíceps se tiene que hacer descalzo pues las asas son pequeñas para que entre el zapato.
