Very good roller, great for athletes and must use
I’m 6’3” so not sure if that has a bearing on it, but this works wonders for opening up my back, particularly when raising my hips and rolling up and down my neck and upper back. It is also relaxing if you roll your neck side to side. Recommended.
This roller works very well for me. A bit wider than my last 2 rollers , which I like. The thing I am most impressed with, is that it seems better built and stronger on the inside than my last 2. They both cracked on the inside and had to be replaced . This one looks much more solid on the inside, and I think will last a long time.

Works great
I bought this roller to try to solve ongoing problems with calf strains through playing tennis. It was recommended by my club's coach. I have used it to give a deep massage of my calf which I applied alongside calf strengthening stretches. I can't say that it's a pleasant, pain-free form of treatment but it's proved to be effective and I seem to have strengthened the muscles and overcome my injury. It's an inexpensive and valuable piece of equipment.
Very effective and good quality item. Great for using post workout.

What are the use precautions?
For adults only. When using a massage roller for the 1st few times, it is common to feel some pain or experience some bruising. If the pain is intense and lasts a long time, consult your doctor.As to the bruising, it's only due to small blood vessels on the surface: don't worry, this phenomenon will stop as you carry on using the roller.
