Happy with the insoles
I bought this for myself to replace the original insole in my running shoes. Works really well, providing some extra arch support.
Poor Arch support, the surface of the insole has no grip at all when U have any socks. So U feel like U are walking on slippery surface inside Ur shoe all the time. Very disappointed
I work as a security guard, so I'm on my feet on hard floors for at least 7 hours each day. These insoles are absolutely essential for anyone who needs consistant and long lasting support for their feet. I still can't believe just how good these insoles are, my feet don't ache any more, I can stand on my feet all day and not feel any discomfort or aching. These are absolutely essential for anyone who suffers from aches or pain in their feet. I really can't recommend these enough.

I am overweight, once suffered from serious plantar fasciitis and was difficult to walk. Hiking for 2~3 hours was once a dream for me. Relieved by doctor's anti inflammatory drug, followed by many thousands of $ and hours on physical therapy, and finally paid HK$3K for 3 pairs of tailored made insole from podiatrist to have my foot problem in controlled. However, a few years now these tailored made insoles were no longer fit for my conditions and starting to do worse. When I was looking for replacement, by my luck had seen this insole and I am very happy with it: just a fraction of the cost that I would have to pay for new tailor made insole, it's hard enough half insole (organe part) gives good support to the arches of the foot (most similar products are either too hard, or too soft), the cushion (blue gel) can absorb shock to the ankle... I am more than happy to recommend this to anyone who has similar foot issue as me. It is so good that I bought my 2nd pair right after experienced the 1st pair.

This is the worst insole I have even weared in my entire life! the hard arch support litarally hurting me feet when I walk. Make sure your feet fits this specific shap then you can enjoy the design..

You might want to try our walk memory foam insoles - black. The 10mm thick memory foam of the insole optimizes comfort.
