Lesión de rodilla. Me compré la L porque tiene más cobertura. Estoy contenta con la compra.

Generalmente la uso calentandola al microondas para aplicarla en la zona lumbar. Muy cómoda de aplicar. Se puede usar en muchas partes del cuerpo. Recomendable.

When to use the cold pack?
The pack can be used cold on hematoma, inflammations, insect bites, small superficial burns, bleeding noses, bruises, strained muscles, sprains. Cold helps reduce fluid retention, inflammation and pain. Cool the pack in the freezer.Read instructions before use.
Cold pack use precautions
Use with caution to avoid any risk of frostbite or superficial nervous damage, most particularly in patients with altered skin sensitivity (diabetes). Do not use the cold pack in case of Raynaud's disease, allergy to cold, deep vein thrombosis, peripheral vascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis,significantly altered skin sensitivity, uncontrolled high blood pressure or open wound. If you are not sure, seek medical advice.
When to use the hot pack?
The hot pack relieves muscle aches, spasms, back pain and lumbago.Warm the pack in a double boiler (bain marie) or in the microwave.Read instructions before use.
Hot pack use precautions
Use with caution to avoid any risk of burning, most particularly in patients with altered skin sensitivity (diabetes). Do not use the hot pack in case of acute inflammation, dermatitis, deep vein thrombosis, peripheral vascular disease, advanced cardiac disease, or significant liver or kidney failure, or on areas that have undergone surgery or have fresh blood effusion (hematoma). If you are not sure, seek medical advice.
