Thanks for the mail and apologies for the slow response, we've had an issue with our system.
Can I just check that you are using 12 gauge cartridges with the belt? If they are slimmer cartridges then the belt doesn't work unfortunately. Either way, the belt obviously isn't performing to your requirements, so I would ask you to return it to your closest store or via the online process for an exchange or full refund.
