j'ai présenté le carton des jumelles à la caissière en lui disant que l'ouverture du carton était légèrement déchirée…( c'était le dernier carton en rayon ) elle l'a ouvert et m'a dit que c'est ok ,complet, un client avait du l'ouvrir par curiosité ! à la maison , à mon retour j'ai constaté qu'il manquait la lanière de soutient des jumelles ! je suis retourné le lendemain et aimablement à l'accueil on m'a échangé le carton ; j'ai fait 104 kms ( 4 x 26kms) pour ces jumelles !!!

Bonne luminosité, rapport qualité/prix correct.Housse de bonne qualité. Par contre les œilletons ne sont pas les mêmes que sur le modèle d'expo. Je trouve que sur les jumelles que j'ai acheté les œilletons sont moins adaptés pour les porteurs de lunettes .

The 500 8x42 binoculars are designed for observing wildlife up to dusk. The components used provide a bright, sharp, well contrasted image up to the end of dusk.
Waterproof
Binoculars are nitrogen-filled to keep water out and prevent internal fogging. Withstands immersion in 40" of water for 30 minutes.
Temperature resistance
For use in temperatures between 23°F and 140°F.
Adjustment for glasses wearers
Twist-up eye cups for spectacle wearers. For non-glasses-wearers, twist out the eye cups as far as they will go. For glasses wearers, twist the eye cups down to the binocular body.
Focusing
To obtain a clear, sharp image of the observed animal, turn the central focusing knob to the left or right until you get a sharp image.
Adjustment of diopter compensation
To compensate for difference in visual acuity between your eyes: Close your right eye and focus on an object some yards away using the central knob. Once the object is sharp, close the other eye and repeat the operation, this time using the diopter correction ring located near the right eye cup. The difference between your eyes is now compensated for. You no longer need to use the diopter correction ring.
