essential for summer sports
Easy to use, works brilliantly with ice cubes from fridge. Works on the isolated pain area. Easy to empty clean. Note to manufacturer, could you fill it with boiling water and use it as a heat source as well?
Great! It's fantastic on smaller muscle groups or joints like a wrist or knee (depending on the issue obviously). For me as a badminton player its great for fast recovery. My only tip is to fill on a flat surface, press the spout down so the water meets the bottom of the screw then tighten the cap. This allows. It to wrap the inflammation.
Doesn't actually get cold for me, skin not even cool after 15 minutes use!
When I got it Home I found this product a bit smaller then I thought it was going to be. Being this small I find it difficult to treat areas I was intending to us it for
