Bought used item and thought that it would be okay, only used and returned by someone, however, on first day, sole fell out, felt cheated

Every spike broke in use in the first 2days of use. One of the worst quality
The sole of the shoes was made of two materials. All The florscent material came off the sole. Need to get it repaired by local cobbler within a month. Please mend this quality issue.
Value for money
Green sole with spikes came off during the second round of 9-hole. Didn’t even last one full 18 hole game. Very much disappointed with this.

The shoes ordered on December 16 were promptly delivered on 19 December , however only after two days of usage the sole started failing apart, despite taking up immediately with customer care, it’s neither taken back nor replaced, have bought a number of items from Decathlon, never had an issue with quality or delivery, however this is a disappointment, there is no provision to report bad quality and seek refund / replacement in the Decathlon site. It is very difficult to reach the customer care.

Excellent golf shoes - super-comfortable with great grip on the course
This shoe tore near the small toe of right foot in hardly 15 days of wear. I have used the same shoe in the past and loved their feel and fitting. This probably was an old model lying in the warehouse for a long time, that's all I can say as the products of decathlon are generally good.
