Always deflate your high-pressure inflatable before unscrewing the faulty valve
Screw in fully without over-tightening, re-inflate your craft, and check that there are no air leaks. If you can hear a hissing sound, tighten it a little more. Please note: Never position your head over the valve while the craft is inflated.

Thoroughly rinse the SUP with fresh water to prevent mildew. Store it deflated and flat, out of sunlight, after first removing the fins.
