They were not as flexible as I would have liked, but still a good buy for the price.

Was quite excited with this pair of shoes and was hoping it could be a good replacement for my previous Kalenji one. Unfortunately, while the fit seemed comfortable at the store, I tried my first run and my feet were landing unnaturally (feels like there's too little cushioning in front at the balls of my feet), leading to an unnatural/forced gait and pain in my knees. I've worn it for 3 more runs thereafter and things aren't getting any better. Not that great for walking too. Could be just a misfit for me.

Celkově jsou pohodlné, díky svému tlumení se mi v nich dobře našlapuje, hlavně při chůzi. Při prvním vyběhnutí v těchto botech mě noha trochu tlačila uprostřed zespoda. Ale další běhy už byly v pořádku. Na běhy do 10km rozhodně doporučuji. Nicméně na delší trasy bych však zvolila jiný typ bot. Jak jsem psala, tlumení mají fajn, jen na delší trasy a častější běhání by to chtělo trochu jiný typ podrážky.

What is the purpose of this product?
The link between cushioning and injury. In this study, 2 cushioning conditions were tested: A flexible shoe (61 N/mm) against a stiff shoe (95 N/mm). The result of this study is clear: 25% fewer runners were injured in the flexible shoe compared to the stiff shoe.On the strength of this study, the soft cushioning of the Flow saga was created by targeting the feeling of soft cushioning.
What is the drop of the 500k.1 running shoe?
'Drop' is the difference between the height of the back (heel) and front (forefoot) of the shoe. Unlike the drop of 10 millimeters, the Kalenji running brand has decided to offer a drop of 4 mm to its Jogflow 500.1 The goal? Invite the runner to attack the floor using the forefoot to help them adopt a more natural stride and reduce the risk of injury.
