I only purchased these for round the house. So to speak. Although I did do 6k on the treadmill in them. I find them comfortable. Although the laces need to be elasticated as well.

Excellent Product I ever purchased. A great running shoes with excellent comfort.
As i have found with a lot of their running shoes. they are too tight in the toebox. and leave me in a lot of pain just from a days wear. I really wish Decathlon would consider people with wider fitting feet
Been using these for a few months now. They are comfortable and lightweight. I don't use them for jogging, just for getting about like normal trainers. Good to see Decathlon brands design them so they look nice - not just functional. Would suggest removing the random blue dash on the toe though next time.

For many years, researchers from around the worldhave been studying shoe cushioning without knowing whether there actually is a link between shoes' cushioning properties and injuries.In 2018, Decathlon decided to conduct a study with848 participants and 27,761 running sessions, in partnershipwith the LIH (Luxembourg Institute of Health).
For what purpose?
To confirm the link between cushioning and injuries. In this study, 2 cushioning conditionswere tested: a flexible shoe (61 N/mm) versus astiff shoe (95 N/mm).The result of this study was conclusive: 25% less injured runners with the flexible shoe.It is on the basis of this study that the flexible cushioning of the Flow series was created, focusing on the preference index of soft cushioning.
What is the drop on the jogflow 500.1 running shoe?
'Drop' is the difference between the height of the back (heel) and front (forefoot) of the shoe. Unlike the 10-millimeter drop offered by running brands, Kalenji decided to give its JogFlow 500.1 a 4-millimeter drop. The goal? To encourage runners to strike the ground with the forefoot, helping them to adopt a more natural stride and reduce the risk of injury.
Care instructions for knit
1.If possible, remove the sock liner from the shoe and wash it separately.2.Clean the whole shoe with a flexible brush, wipes, or microfiber cloth (non-abrasive), some hot water and soap (household soap will do!).3.Wipe as much water as possible away from the inside with a cloth.4. To dry your shoes, avoid placing them near a heat source (such as a radiator): leave them to dry at ambient temperature
