Good value for money, slightly on small size
Really happy with my purchase. I'm usually a size 8 and only 5,3" tall but ordered a size 10 following other people's reviews of it being a little bit short & I don't regret it.

Great costume especially if you swim regularly. I would recommend you buy one size bigger! Does not go see through when wet really comfortable to wear
Perfect replacement costume. Nice fit and comfortable in the pool.
I have been buying this suit for my daughter for years, but never again. It is now lined but that's not a good thing. It appears to be lined because the material is now so thin it is seethrough. But all this means is two thin saggy layers of material and that's before she even gets it on and wet in the pool. Terrible suit and a complete waste of money.
Nice and flattering. Be aware that they size a bit small so maybe a good idea to get a size bigger. Apart from that very nice. Cannot fault them.
I’m a size 14/16 so bought a large, tried it on when I got home and it’s ridiculous. There is no stretch in the fabric and the whole swimsuit came to below my bust. My last costume I bought from Tesco size 14 and it’s a perfect fit. There is something seriously wrong with sizing in decathlon.
I ordered a size bigger due to the many reviews suggesting to do so. It is still much to small and doesn't seem to stretch in any direction. The body is also very short so the straps really dig in. I really wish Decathlon would get their sizing sorted out!
I usually buy speedo costumes and I'm a size 14. Bought this in a size 14 in my local store today and I can't get it past my knees!!! When I put it up against my current size 14 costume it looks like it's meant for a child!

After reading other reviews I bought one size up from all my previous speedo/addidas costumes. However I needed to go at least two sizes up, maybe even three if I want it to be comfortable. These items are really badly sized by the manufacturer. They are completely out of sync with UK dress and swim suit sizes. On top of that, the material is that very tight weave that does not have any give in it at all, so even if it does fit, you feel like you are really held in. I prefer a more lycra feel when I am swimming, so this is not for me. I think I will just spend a bit more money and get a good speedo next time!
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our swimsuit did not much your expectations. We are working with our swimming brand on the sizing to make it more adapted to the UK needs. New models comes with extra size tag where we already display UK sizes. Of course with the online orders this is not very helpful. In this case we added extra link just above the size selection box where customers can find other information about sizing. Also near the same link there is information about sizes from customers who already bought this item.
In terms of material which has been used for on this model - it is high chlorine resistance one, for regular use which will last much longer than the classic swimsuit. As per product info "It only loses 3 to 4% resistance throughout its lifespan. Another plus: UV resistance. Even the brightest of colours will retain their colour fastness".
Please return this swimsuit to your local store or use the online procedure for full refund or exchange for another size.

I love the design and price of this but the cut is very small - stupidly I took off all the tags before trying it on and it made me have lumps in all the wrong places - I would say a medium is more of a 10-12 than a 12-14.
I found this to be very short in the body and I'm only 5' 7"

Aquaresist technology
Products with AQUARESIST certification are guaranteed to deliver chlorine-resistance throughout their lifespan. They will maintain their elasticity and are UV-resistant. For these reasons, they are recommended for regular or intensive pool use.
Material
Main fabric: 100% polyester. Our engineers have developed a Polyester based material and replaced the spandex fibers with PBT fibers that give it sufficient elasticity to ensure user comfort while protecting it against the damaging effects of chlorine. This PBT thread also has the advantage of being quick drying. It only loses 3 to 4% resistance throughout its lifespan. Another plus: Even the brightest of colors will retain their colorfastness.

Not recommended for use on slides.
Product testing
The products labeled with AQUARESIST certification are tested under repeated cyclical loading in a pool of chlorinated water for 240 hours. No deterioration of elastic strength was observed throughout the test. Unlike a standard swimming product, this product retains its shape.
