I absolutely wanted this pair of shoes! A little disappointed with the cushioning. I find it a little hard compared to my ASICS. In addition, I find that it creaks a little. Otherwise in terms of value for money, nothing to complain about. I hope to beat all my personal records thanks to these shoes

Excellent, but I do not recommend buying any product from Decathlon online. I bought through the branches. Their products are more than wonderful, but online my experience was very, very bad. In the branches, everyone helps customers and treats them with the utmost wonderfulness. My last experience was the Green Plaza Alexandria branch. Please introduce new models of shoes. Comfortable but creaky

Comfortable and good cushioning However, one of the sneakers squeaks. And this from the beginning. It's very unpleasant! Is it possible to exchange them?

Comfortable and light

Treadmill running

Running 4-6 times a week, 4-6km per run. I have very narrow feet (AA width) so finding shoes that fit can be a troublesome and expensive experience at times. These shoes are quite nice, while not my ideal width, they run pretty narrow (as narrow as some other top price running brands), and they are an excellent price point. Comfort was pretty good straight away, the tongue slipper took a bit of lace adjusting to get used to, but by the 3rd run they were set up nicely. So far with over 150km on them, they've been wearing well and performing great. As with any shoe, make sure you try them on in store, but they are a great option.

very good sneaker

Comfortable and good shoes for running or canine. With good cushioning, lightweight and with good reaction to the ground. Only one negative aspect: the sole makes a noise (rubber squeak) when running.

Additional Product Information

Outer sole of: 63.0% Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, 37.0% Synthetic Rubber ; Upper of: 81.0% Polyester, 19.0% Polyurethane ; Lining and sock of: 89.0% Polyurethane, 11.0% Polyester

The importance of the cushioning

To give you optimal comfort and performance when running, we concentrated our attention on the sole, which features 2 concepts:- K-Ring: a ring located in the heel to improve cushioning at the rear and spread the shock wave in order to provide effective protection for the body: joints, back, knees, etc.- Kalensole: improves cushioning by 34% and energy return by 25% when compared with conventional foam and lasts up to 1,000 km (620 miles).

The comfort of the kd500

In order to run regularly over long distances, foot comfort is of the utmost importance. So, we tried to improve the level of comfort with the following:- an ultra-comfortable 'half-slipper' upper- a thicker sole that provides enhanced cushioning at the forefoot- a revised forefoot area- a seamless, single piece of fabric to reduce friction

Rebound with each stride

Between the sole geometry and the Kalensole foam padding, the Kiprun KD500 improves propulsion (acceleration) with each stride so that you can make progress and improve your personal best times from 10 km (6 miles) to the marathon distance.

Why choose a lightweight shoe?

The research and development studies have shown that a lighter product improves running performance by reducing energy consumption.Without compromising on comfort and durability, the design of the KD500 uses lighter materials and an optimized sole design.Weight: 7.8 oz in size 8.

Excellent road-holding ability on wet roads and bends

Our sole is designed like a car tire for running performance without losing control in wet conditions. The new sole geometry combined with a new rubber component gives the Kiprun KD500 excellent grip on wet ground, even when running at top speed.

Drop 8 mm

The height difference between the back and front of the sole is 8 mm.
