I have another 12kg kettlebell and needed another (instead of buying two 10kg dumbbells) for my home DB workouts. Great for single or double arm bent over rows, hold both for sumo squats, use for swings (and just up the reps). Love it!

The grip is fantastic, it’s doing the job I wanted it for and more.

What can go wrong? Simple bit of kit, seems well made. Now, just stop with the plastic bollard covers outside your stores that end up in landfill when there are cardboard, recyclable alternatives :(
I love these kettlebells. Really good value and nicely designed. Use the 12kgs for two handed moves but have the other weights too.
Fantastic piece of equipment from Decathlon as always. Made from strong study metal. Great wide grip for using in all exercise. Price was good compared to competitors.

Choose the weight of your KETTLEBELL according to your physical abilities. Start with a 4 kg while you learn the right technique.
Why a rubber base?
A Kettlebell with a rubber base won't damage your floor, unlike a traditional kettlebell that's totally made of cast iron. Rubber is a soft material that absorbs impacts and doesn't scratch surfaces.
What are kettlebells for?
The handle offsets the centre of gravity in relation to your hand. So kettlebells allow you to perform swings that can't be done with dumbbells. Plus, it is safer than barbell training as it exerts less pressure on the spine. Kettlebells do wonders to improve your physical fitness.
