very useful for muscle strengthening
I bought this product in duplicate to do the exercises with two kettlebells offered by Decathlon Coach, I don't regret it because I also find it easier to perform certain exercises than with the 6 kg kettlebell that I have in the same range. It is very good value for money for amateur athletes who want to vary muscle strengthening exercises.
