Great product, my son loves it! However order was lost and not only that they didn’t ring me 3 weeks later when they finally received (which was the day before Christmas Eve) nor did I receive any correspondence regarding my order, confirmation, dispatch etc
Bought as a present, not given yet but think it will gets lots of use.
Same as some other reviews whereby the back wheel doesn’t run freely/not at all. Loosened the brake cable but the brake lever is then essentially null and void. Seems to be a reoccurring issue with this bike so I would avoid buying
Great looking sturdy and affordable. Decathlon at their finest as ever. You can buy similar styles elsewhere but the quality and impressive easy brake make this the best choice. My 2yr old loves his little cruiser.
We have just bought this bike for my boys second birthday on wednesday. Easy assembly. However the rear wheel brake seems to be binding so that the wheel doesnt run free. Can you fix this issue in store? Or do I need a new bike for my boy?
Bought this for our daughter for her birthday. After less than 5 minutes use the rear wheel locked completely. Returned to the store and, after some persuasion, got a replacement (assembled in store). Tried the replacement the following day and the same thing happened, again after only 5 mins. Clearly a fault with the product, will not buy B'twin products again as extremely poor build quality.

Bought this for 2 yr old birthday. He's now 3.5. Putting off buying a pedal bike as he loves this so much. Ridden pretty much every day. Faultless . Handy, light, hardy.
A lovely looking bike we bought for our child for Christmas but it was sent with a faulty part and we have been unable to assemble it!
gonna have to take it to a bike shop to tighten the from handle bars because its not possible alone - I feel the bolt is not the best as you can't grip it both sides its a one turn side only. Also confused about the front wheel not having a 360 turn is this a safety feature to help children not turn too tightly therefor fall? I can't work it out x
I can also confirm that it is a safety feature to prevent the bars from over rotating and striking the rider in case of a fall.

We were recommended to go for a Balance Bike as a starter for our 3 year old Grandson, he took to it immediately and apart from his balance skills he can operate the brake and knows how to skid the back wheel!
I bought this balance bike for my 3 year old son who was used to riding balance bikes. This has a brake which is new to him and he doesn't always remember is there (he is three!) but it works well when he does. The tyres are ribbed and not "plasticy" and therefore cornering is safer and it's a perfect size right now and will be for a while as there is plenty of room for growth. Add to this the reasonable price and the fact that it looks the business and you have yourself a great little balance bike.
stering is moving around
Sorry to hear that the steering is moving around, is the bolt done up the correct torque setting to ensure it doesn't move, you are more than welcome to take this into your local store for them to check and resolve the issue.

The handle bar is a bit weak and twist easily even if you tight the bolt hard as the paint come off from the tube.
Don’t buy this bike - it’s defective. The rear wheel stops spinning after a few rides. I bought it new out of the box. I am not sure how this read brake mechanism works but my rear wheel doesn’t spin.
Thank you for your feedback. This may very likely be a case whereby the brake cable may be over-tightened or there may some resistance acting on the brake cable thus causing the rear wheel to be ceased.
We will advice you to head over to our Workshop Department available at our Bedok, City Square Mall, Sg Lab and Joo Koon stores to get it assessed and fixed once our stores are back in operating as usual after the Circuit Breaker measures.
