I bought it for my 3 year old niece. The quality of the product is outstanding and the utility is great. Its a great product to develop basket ball skills for kids. Height is adjustable and is easily portable with minimal space. The stability is greater than expected.
Ideal to take it anywhere. And at home children can play since the ball is soft and they do not bother the neighbors by bouncing the ball. Very good buy for the little ones.

I bought this for my kid. The quality of plastic is comparatively better than the other items available in the market. The water pack provided with the unit is not sufficient for sturdiness as per the instructions, better to fill the base with sand instead (unless you don’t dismantle frequently. One surprising thing is that when I visited the store, there is only one piece. Water-pack & basketaball is missing; which is surprise. If I have bought in the store, it would be a loss for me. Hope this doesn’t happen at the store.
Not sturdy enough. should have given a supporting pipe from the back. I was told it can be extended up to 6ft height by the person who has assisted me but it can only be extended to 5ft.

From your comments I understand you require something that is more rigid and versatile for older players and heavier basketballs too. Why is the k100 basketball basket perfect for the youngest basketball players?
Basketball is a sport known for helping develop psychomotor skills in young children. And the more shots your children make, the happier they'll be! The K100 and the size 3 ball have been designed for the backboard to cushion shots. This considerably improves the success of shots and your child's enjoyment! It's also easy to disassemble and store in its base that also serves as its transport case. You can then just slide it under the bed and even take it on holiday!
What are the weight and dimensions of the k100?

What ball should you use?
The ball size depends on the player's age and gender. Toddlers: size 1 to 3. Girls and boys under 10: size 5. Girls aged 10 and up, women, and boys aged 10 to 12: size 6. Boys over 12 and men: size 7. If you want a very durable ball, go for a rubber ball. If you want a ball with a good feel, leather or synthetic are the right materials. The supplied size 3 plastic ball is perfect for the K100.
Should you weigh it down with water or sand?
Most basket bases can be weighted with water or sand (see product instructions). Sand is denser than water and so the same volume will be heavier: your basket will therefore be more stable (but harder to move). Water can also freeze in winter and break the plastic base if the temperature drops too low, or leak out through hidden cracks. We recommend weighing down your base with sand to be safer.
Can the tarmak basketball hoops and boards be used on public courts?
Our baskets are designed for private use (family, friends). They comply with French regulations (n°96-495 of 4 June 1996) and Portuguese regulations (decree 100-2003, amended by 82-2004). They are not designed for the heavy use associated with public and club courts. Club equipment must be regularly tested on site and requires safety authorizations.
