Our product grows with you so that you can enjoy your skates for more than 1 season. There are 3 steps to adjusting your skates: 1. Open lever. 2. Pull or push on the front of the boot. 3. Close the lever. To feel comfortable in your skates, choose a weight that's right for their physical abilities and a size that fits their feet: if their foot is sliding around inside the boot, they'll have trouble controlling their posture and direction.

Feet stay dry as long as possible thanks to the airy mesh foam and the comfortable semi-stiff boot. Put these skates on easily using the simple, effective fasteners: a micrometric buckle on the top of the boot for more precision, a rip-tab strap on the instep to ensure the heel fits tightly into the boot, and classic or elasticated laces depending on the size. What about the weight? 5 lbs in 1/3½, 5.4 lbs in 3½/6, and 5.8 lbs in 6/8!

The 3 stage adjustment: 1. Open the lever. 2. Pull on the front of the boot. 3. Close the lever. Using this system, you'll will be able to use these inline skates for more than 1 season. To keep you comfy, choose skates that are suitable for your feet: avoid skates that are too heavy (not suited to your strength) or too big (your feet will slip inside the boot leading to poor posture and difficulty in controlling your movements).

Semi-soft boots with foam padding for more comfort. The boots are made from airy mesh (fabric that absorbs moisture well) to keep feet drier for longer. These inline skates are very easy to put on thanks to their simple, effective fastenings: a micrometric buckle on the top of the boot for more precision + a rip-tab strap on the instep to ensure the heel fits tightly into the shoe. Elasticated laces on sizes 10½C/13C and 13C-2½, and standard laces on sizes 2½/5.

The lighter composite plate makes it easy to learn. It provides a comfy glide. The 70 mm 80A wheels and ABEC 3 bearings offer a good compromise between glide and handling. Our skates are kitted out with a classic rubber brake that you can fit on either the right or the left foot. Spare stoppers are available in-store (reference 8111787).

Unlike plastic, which skids but doesn't brake, rubber provides good traction. This stops you from slipping when you push off, as well as helping you brake effectively. What's more, rubber also wears out less quickly than plastic. Our Oxelo teams work hard to keep you safe - however experienced you are. So we've chosen to equip all of our kids' skates with wheels and brakes made out of rubber, not PVC.

Oxelo is committed to helping you skate safely, whatever their technical ability. We have chosen to fit all children's products with rubber wheels and brakes, rather than PVC, because our number one concern is your child's safety. Unlike PVC, rubber grips well on hard ground and stops you from slipping when you push off, as well as helping them brake effectively. Skates in sizes 13½-2½ and 2½-5 must be equipped with 76 mm wheels

The wheels will wear out more quickly on some parts of your skates. So switch their positions around regularly. It's time to change them when they've worn down to the first of the 7 visible rings inside the wheel.

We recommend you keep your inline skates in a dry, cool place. After use do not dry near a naked flame or in direct contact with a heat source.

Remember to change the brake once it has worn down to its limit. We recommend rotating the wheels regularly so that they wear down evenly, and wiping them down with a clean, dry cloth after each use. To improve glide performance, you can upgrade your bearings to ABEC 5 or 7 bearings as your child progresses.
