The thermal insulation will keep your young skiers at the right temperature, neither too hot nor too cold. The garment adapts to the body's physical activity and to the outside environment. Wed'ze uses padding for insulation to keep the body warm. This synthetic padding containing polyester traps more or less air according to the size of the fibers. So the thicker the padding, the more air it contains and the warmer it is.

The coating is a waterproof substance that's spread on the inner side of the outer jacket fabric. It prevents water from seeping into the garment but allows the water vapor produced by an active body to escape. This way, young children stay dry and are more comfortable.

In addition to a waterproof fabric, we use sealed seams to increase the pants' waterproof properties. These are waterproof adhesive strips taped to the inside seams of the garment to make it perfectly watertight. These taped seams are present on the areas most exposed to snow. On this jacket, these are the shoulders and chest.

Children move around a lot during their activities in the snow and sometimes they lose their mittens. We have a tip for keeping them in place: simply pass the elasticated wrist tightening tab between the thumb and index finger before fixing it to the rip-tab.

A snow skirt is a form of protection situated at waist level. It closes with press studs at the bottom of the ski jacket. It prevents snow and air from entering during practice and especially in case of falling.

You no longer need to get out your ski pass! Your sleeve has a ski pass pocket so you can access the lifts quickly.

There's a label at the top of the lining you can write your child's name on to personalize the product. Handy when you want to find your jacket after ski school, at the crèche or at school.

To keep warm and dry, simply respect the 3-layer rule: Layer 1, or second skin, to keep dry. Layer 2, or insulating layer, to conserve heat. Layer 3, or protective layer, to protect against bad weather.

Store on a hanger and do not fold, as this can damage the fabric coating. Dry the product thoroughly before storing in a dry and well-ventilated place.
