A fantastic product that is just as good if not better than Bushnell rangefinders and for half the price!
I bought this while on holidays back in July on reading a recommedation in MyGolfSpy. I am very happy with it. However the battery ran out after only six months! It says that the battery should be good for 5,000 measures. But in the time that I have had it that would equate to measuring 18 holes per round 277 times!!! When I asked Decathalon about replacing the battery, they told me that I would have to go into the store I bought it in. When I explained that I bought it on holidays and did not live anywhere near the store they informed me that it was not possible to ship outside of Spain!
I have used a Bushnell Tour v3 all my golfing life. At this point in time of my golfing life, I felt it was time that i needed a rangefinder that has slope ability. After much thought put into the different brands out there, I chose the Inesis 900 Rangefinder. I price point was a big factor, but what pushed me over the edge was the deal that they offered. It was purchase the rangefinder and get a free dozen of the Inesis 900 balls and a $20 store credit. So lets breakdown MY FEELINGS (your feelings may vary) of this product; Pros: - Very compact, lightweight, and my hand fits nicely around the item. - The case is very rigid and allows me to configure it where placing the rangefinder in and out of the case during the round easy. The rigid case also allows the rangefinder not to be accidentally activated when stored in your golf bag. - It has all the features that you would get in other name brands' similar model. - Love the option to choose 3 target locator icon. - The clarity of the image through the lens is clean. Did not see any blurriness or distortion. - Simple to use in trying to change settings. - Readings are displayed quickly. Cons: - Wish the icons when looking the lens could be a darker black. - The capture button feels a little to "easy" to push. I wish they gave it a little more resistance when pushing this button. There were times the capture button was activated with accidental pressure from my finger resting on top of the button. - The slope activation ring around the eyepiece feels flimsy when I pull it to activate. I feel like I might rip it off the rangefinder. - This is basically a fault of many rangefinders, but the rangefinder will not give you accurate readings when there is fog. Even if you see the flag in the viewfinder. I have yet to try to get readings in the rain. Overall Experience: This rangefinder is a recommend from beginners to avid golfers. I was a little apprehensive in getting a brand that was a newcomer to the States, but it did not disappoint. I got a rangefinder with the features that I wanted and saved quite a bit of money while at it. Decathlon's customer service is top notch if there is a need for questions to be answered.
My second 900 laser rangefinder. The first was very inaccurate and incapable of two consecutive readings the same. This, the second seems to be functioning as it should. The unit is compact, clean in design and sturdy of build. Time will decide its reliability, but so far so good.
I purchased this rangefinder to replace my Garmin Approach G10. I wanted to replace the G10 as I kept finding myself needing to know distances to certain spots on the course rather than just the flag. I tried out a tectectec500 but found it very difficult to lock onto the flag and kept getting varying yardages I saw this unit got a good review on MGS and decided to give it a try, I'm glad I did. The unit feels well made and robust yet light and compact. Operation is extremely simple and I can check the distance wherever I choose. Add to that the pinseeker function and it locks onto the flag with ease, first click even with trees behind. On top of this it also vibrates to let you know it's locked on, similar to the jolt feature of Bushnell, whilst I'm mentioning Bushnell I used this alongside a playing partners V4 and found yardages to be the same or within 1 yard. Finally it even has slope, I've only used it a few times but it appears to work as well as the rest of the unit. For a device costing half of a Bushnell, this is a fantastic purchase.
Super value for money with the slope and pinseeker features. Fast to get a reading. Validated the accuracy. Handy size and so far quite rugged. It has replaced the bushnell in my bag.

Muy fácil de manejar. Después de los primeros 18 hoyos, ya le coges el truquillo para acertar rápido a la bandera. Es sólido y se vuelve indispensable a medida que lo usas. Ayuda a ir mejorando el approach al ir calibrando el swing de acuerdo a la distancia. No hace falta más. Mide en metros o yardas, vibra para avisarte que está midiendo lo que está en el objetivo, y te calcula la distancia de acuerdo a la pendiente qué hay hasta la bandera. Totalmente recomendable.
Precisó, rápido, como y a un precio competitivo, no se puede pedir más.
Soy usuario de los los láser de Bussnell, pero me deje aconsejar por los responsables de la sección de golf de la tienda de Alfafar y me ha sorprendido el rendimiento de este medidor láser. Y a menos de la mitad de precio de los lideres!!!

J'ai acquis cet appareil à l'automne 2019 sans pouvoir l'utiliser : - mode d'emploi incompréhensible, - inutilisable sur le parcours - les très rares fois où il a fonctionné (avec enfin affichage de la distance 4/5 fois...en plus de 6 mois), les distances annoncées ont été fausses dans les 3/4 des cas Mauvais achat

Je suis navrée que ce télémètre ne réponde pas à vos attentes.
Il n'est pas normal que le télémètre n'indique pas les bonnes mesures.
Concernant l'utilisation vous pouvez allumer le télémètre en appuyant sur le bouton jaune, une fois se dernier allumé vous pouvez prendre votre distance en appuyant sur le bouton noir.
Une pression courte sur le bouton de capture vous permet d'obtenir la mesure d'une distance tandis qu'une pression continue vous permet de balayer une zone et la mesure se mettra à jour en temps réel.
Lorsque que le télémètre laser 900 Inesis prend une mesure de distance, celle ci vous est confirmée par une vibration.
Si vous rencontrez encore des problèmes avec le télémètre, n'hésitez pas à vous rendre en magasin pour avoir davantage d'explication ou de procéder à un échange ou un remboursement.

Progress faster
The Inesis Laser 900 rangefinder is the perfect companion to help you progress. Practicing your distances with a rangefinder is the best way to check the actual distance traveled with each shot and therefore calibrate your clubs. This will allow you to measure the efficiency of your swing and make the right decision when choosing the clubs you need to cover all distances.
Single or continuous measurement
A short press on the capture button lets you measure a distance while a long press lets you scan an area and the measurement will update in real time.
Slope and distance compensation mode
When the flag is uphill, you will need to use a club that lets you travel more distance than if you played a flat shot. Similarly, for a downhill flag, you will have to choose a club to travel less distance. The Inesis Laser 900 rangefinder provides you with the angle and the compensated distance to help you choose the right club.
Certified for competition
Distance compensation is not allowed in a competition. You can activate it by pulling the ring around the eyepiece, and deactivate it by pushing back this ring. As such, during your training sessions, you will be able to progress in estimating the compensated distance during shots played with a slope difference, while being able to use your Inesis Laser 900 rangefinder during competitions by deactivating the compensated distance function.
First target priority mode
In order to be sure that you are measuring the distance to the flag and not to the trees behind it, the Inesis Laser 900 rangefinder has a first target priority function that isolates the flag from the background for a more reliable and fast measurement.
Measurement confirmation by vibration
When the Inesis Laser 900 rangefinder measures a distance, this is confirmed by a vibration. You can disable this vibration confirmation if necessary.
Accessible and protected
The semi-rigid carry case protects your Inesis Laser 900 rangefinder in play and during transport. In play, you can leave the zipper open for quick access to your rangefinder and close the case with the elastic band to stop it from falling out. This rangefinder is certified IPX2 (can handle light rain).
